A joke is never funny when you have to explain it, but you guys are mostly dummies, mostly so here:

Mental = related to head
Head = Slang term for oral sex
Head Game = slang term for the ability to perform oral sex.
Cunnilingus = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cunnilingus

Being a "cunning linguist", gives one the ability to "get into a woman's head" with your clever words. There is an old adage: "You must get into a woman's head, before you get into their pants".

Orgasms being 90% mental means that the orgasm has to do with the state of mind (or HEAD) of the woman at the time. And... forget it.

I give myself a 7/10 since it has been used in a bad movie.

BTW, cunning has NOTHING to do with the word, "c**t".
