Yep, quit using e-bay the day a seller could no longer leave feedback for d-bag buyers. It's become a joke now. Too many buyers are like pirates now and you have no say in it at all. e-bay will side with the buyer 99% of the time also, regardless of 'evidence'. Your best bet is to tell him to return the product and give him a refund. Even still, he could just send you a empty box with DC and you would be out the money and product.

I have over 400 transactions on the bay with a perfect 100% and all very high DSR's, but will never use them again because of their unwillingness to support sellers.
