What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?

I wonder what kind of "proof" they managed to dig up for this case [dots]

That's what I was thinking.

Mistakes can happen, but to incarcerate this man for 4 years because someone said he did something? Sure she was the "victim", but should her word really be valued that much higher than his when there is no evidence?
