Fujitsu make a product called the ipad (used for monitoring stock in shops/warehouses etc) and are going to sue Apple over the right to the ipad name. Does this not strike you as a little hypocritical in that they were obviously one of the slew of companies that copied Apples naming convention of prefixing their product names with a small case i in the first place? Would Fujitsu really of come up with the name ipad if it wasn't for the iPod?
Even the legal team of Microsoft is scared of Apples lawyers.
