Not sure if I agree with much of that list. Especially because they completely omitted Snoop.

Number 1 should be and always will be Snoop Dogg. I mean, his ****ing name is Snoop Dogg, he is a tall, skinny black man that write albums about getting high. He is in a league of his own.

Hell, I do not recognize a few on that list at all.
