Well maybe if they didn't drive it right in front of the Japanese boat, that wouldn't have happened.

Idiots.

Well, the first video clearly shows, that Japanese ship steered hard to the right to ram the CarbonFibre boat.

If they hadn't done that, they would have gone by.

And, after they were rammed and clearly damaged, they water gunned them to inflict further harm to the people on board.

Further, Japanese were whaling in AUS territorial waters, where, as far as I'm aware, it's forbidden.
