Basically..... the X-Factor has a new winner ever year just before xmas, and their song always goes on to be the xmas number one. I think this has happened the last 5 or 6 years. This year a group was started on facebook to encourage people to buy an alternate song to stop it happening again.

So X-factor is something like a Talent show ? Like Britain got talent or whatever ?
Geesh, we have that kinda crap here too, luckily from all i know, their **** never gets really famous and the groups that come up from such shows also get lost after a year or so
