I'm curious what results this would return (theoretical tables, since I don't know the structure)

SELECT CAST(COUNT(CASE WHEN Shout LIKE '%drunk%' THEN 1 END) AS FLOAT) / CAST(COUNT(*) AS FLOAT)
FROM Shoutbox WHERE user = 'Goku'

My guess is ~.25
