actually if you cause an accident when you're not insured you still have to pay (from your own money)..it wont just go to the other driver when its not his/her fault.
Well actually the other person will have to pay upfront but you will have to pay eventually for all the damage caused, most likely in weekly instalments. Still not much good for the other person.
That's a tad funny saying this after typing up your first paragraph[rofl]. You a bit of a lead foot or something?
I will admit I have made mistakes in the past and it's incredibly easy to break the law but we all make mistakes. But like I said you can manage without a license.
