Right, and your advice or leaving him at home without a car or any means of transport as public transport normally don't travel along freeways and taxis are incredibly expensive and no-one to drive him. He is going to be royally f*cked over with no license, no car, a fine and possibly miss work so no income to pay the fine.
Well thats his tough luck isnt it. I dont care what way you put it, its still the wrong advice and his punishment, no?
