But do please, check where you can fight this decission. It may be possible ( at least in Dutch law) to fight back, when work/life is on the issue on this.
Australian law is very strict (and slowly becoming nanny state at that). I remember watching the News a few years ago about a women who got caught speeding at 240km/h in a car made in like the 70s. She fought the case, even went as far as getting the car professionally tested by a professional race driver to see it's top speed and it barely managed to break 120km/h.

Even after all this she was still forced to pay the fine plus costs to prove her innocents. When it comes to road rules Australia likes to @ss rape everyone. Makes me wonder why they even have sirens on cop cars. They should instead have a loud speaker which says "SURPRISE, butt sex".
