Well I had a look at the penalty and it's 6 demerit points. It doesn't mean that the licence is suspended if you have enough points. It's just suspended because they have identified me as the driver.

I'll pay the fine and even give somene extra $ to put their name down for me and pay the fine. I just need someone that loves me enough to take the points for me.

Dude you loose your license if it's over 30kph over the limit, at least in this state.The points systems means that 6 points will be on your system for 3 years not that you don't loose your license. Also what you are talking about is against the law and that person would loose their license. Although I have heard that people were putting ads in the paper providing that exact service for lesser offences. If it's really that much of a concern for you you can appeal it in court and it might be reduced and receive a larger fine.
