Random inspection. Usually only done with performance vehicles to check for illegal parts, so Lenny prob would not get that.

gotcha, they have that stuff in california. i figure it was kinda like a 'we can pull you over because you are driving' type deal, in which case i would say you guys need to firebomb your government.
