right the headlights are form DEPO (supplied by FK Germany) they are not strictly oem because of the eyes were never a feature of E46's but they come from the same OEM factory (price range of 200-400 quid) the Grilles are Genuine BMW but I hoicked em off and Enamel sprayed them Black you can how ever get blacked out grilles from most BMW shops
