99% of people in cell phones stores have no idea what they are talking about. They spout so much BS to make them sound like they know what they are talking about. My brother is a manager for a Verizon store and he has to deal with this every day. I don't understand why people in the tech industry have to BS instead of just finding out the truth. There's no shame in telling a customer you don't know the answer BUT can find it out.

I wish stores like BB, Verizon, etc had a no BS policy. If you get caught making **** up to a customer then you are let go on the spot.
