Verizon employees real people? Are you insane?

I may be. I have no idea about Verizon employees though as I'm from the UK.

Anyone who believes that store managers are privvy to corporate policy specification is very naive though. If people have a problem with a company they shouldn't blame someone who can't control it. You're just making their day **** for no reason.

Many, many moons ago I worked in retail on a Saturday and I still hate the general public because of it.
