I'm pissed at this school. My kids are very happy. Are they going to call cps on my everytime my kid has a accident. This happens with 2 year olds. I think they should be looking at other factors since abuse can be Seen in the childs behavior and emotional state. Kids who are abused don't have aconstant smile on thier face. Once this is over I'm sure I will tell them what I think and my kids will no longer attend this day care.

If they're happy enough to throw CPA in your direction without having investigated things a little further themselves, then seeking another school sounds like a must.
