I have calmed down and spoke with my wife. We think our daycare is who did this. We just put our kids in this daycare about a month ago. My daughter is 2 1/2 and my son is 8 months.

My daughter on Monday was running though the house and tripped falling face first on the floor putting a mark on her face. They asked my wife about it and she explained where try proceeded to not even respond to my wife. Of course then cps shows up.

I'm pissed at this school. My kids are very happy. Are they going to call cps on my everytime my kid has a accident. This happens with 2 year olds. I think they should be looking at other factors since abuse can be Seen in the childs behavior and emotional state. Kids who are abused don't have aconstant smile on thier face. Once this is over I'm sure I will tell them what I think and my kids will no longer attend this day care.

Honestly, fight this ****, then talk to the other parents, tell them what you experienced. By how you talk, I can see you love your children like any parent should, and they should see that as well. The other parents should take their kids out of this school, which seems to be made up of suspicious, judgmental, irrational people.
