I don't think it matters how early you test for HIV, infact you need to get tested for many months afterwards anyway.

Obviously don't go having unprotected sex with anyone in the mean time.

As for the girl, we can go giving you advice, but really none of us really know your or her's situation. I think you know what you want to do, you just want to hear one of us say it.
