nah mate, its not a cry for help.

me parents still have a good few years in them still,so your all safe from worrying for another 15-20 years I just find my self bored with every thing these days Ive done a fare few things with my life too so its not like I haven't been actively doing things in my life.

Ive lost interest in most things I used to be interested in, lost interest in my career,friends,people well pretty much every thing really

this bored/cant be arsed feeling has all started to happen this year.

could just be a phase or Im having a pre midlife midlife crisis
