I bet you wish you never did now.

It really surprises me how much of an epidemic chavs have become! Boredom must be a big problem over there. We always get people moving here from the UK, mainly to get away from the chavs... and occasionally get some chavs that come with them, but they don't last long (usually ending up like they do in that video). Is someone fairly educated in the subject able to explain the extent of the chav epidemic? It boggles the mind!
