sleeping pills would make a good quick fix, but it would pose for me a bigger problem when i get dependent on it for sleeping
Excercise about 2-3 hours before you plan to sleep, don't drink caffiene a minimum of 3 hrs before you plan to sleep or eat sugary foods.

If all else fails, have some sex with your significant other or rub one out... nothing like an orgasm to clear your head of meddlesome thoughts.
