Would it really be that bad? I'd be happier regularly taking 1mg of Melatonin and sleeping than regularly not sleeping all night.
melatonin isn't really the sleeping pill they were talking about. It does help, for sure. But just taking one, won't make me sleep. Taking them nightly over a week or two, though, certainly helps me get into the habit of falling asleep faster though. Oh, and the dreams a supersized, too.
