If you have not seen her in 2 years then how do you know she is still fat????

So you feel disgusted because of the way someone is living their life? If you're so bothered by these people why not just look?

You're just hating someone because they're different than you--that's alright, but don't make it sound like it's some other reason.

Err, didn't I say it was for both reasons (there's more as well to be honest)? I hate to look at them and I hate the other things - the abuse with their fat kids, the drain on our healthcare (in the UK I am essentially paying for these fat people when they get ill), them taking up 1.5 chairs on the bus and squashing me into the window, the smell, the sweat, I could go on. Yes it's bad/mean/whatever but it's how I feel and thankfully fat people don't seem to get much protection politically so ...
