Oh the truth of it, lost count of the number of: "Oh, I have *random obscure program I've never heard of* and I want to *obscure task which I've no clue how to do*, how do I do it?" conversations I've had. When you say "sorry, I really have no clue. I've never heard of that program or tried anything similar." you get "HMPH! and you claim to be a technician!".
