lol i don´t think so,..
mind elaborating on what makes you say that.

They airbrushed it, but didnt do it properly, which distorted all the facial features. Normally youd airbrush just to remove skin blemishes or maybe small wrinkles and such, but if you over spray or get to aggressive you end up with a cartoon like exaggerated features.
