My friend was interested in something like this, but he did not have to pay them money for it.
It basically starts out with you going door to door selling. You'll have to hit steep numbers and it'll take you a LONG while to get to the stage they got at - thats even if they had to hit that stage, they could be co-founders or advertisers of the company so it all looks great.

Whenever a job requires you to pay the company, tell them where to go [yes]
