You could always give up on whatever you are doing and have lunch at Trumbull Kitchen across from the XL Center, just make sure that you avoid all of the bums near the green at Bushnell Park when you drive through Pulaski Circle.

GIMP doesnt have that capability, but ill try Paint.NET

I actually work in West Hartford so not far from there at all. Ever been to Hot Tomatos?
