Simply phyiscally training for an F1 driver is not the same as a football player training until back up to full fitness [rolleyes]
Sorry but 2 seconds in racing is massive...no excuses.

Gp2 is miles behind F1 the cars are very very different and so is the driving styles. Yet 2 GP2 drivers where at race pace in just 1 race as well...in slower cars than the Ferrari. Also Badoer has driven the F60 before, whereas the GP2 drivers hadnt driven their respective F1 cars.

Badoers fitness should have been fine, if he wasnt driving he should have been training to stay fit...like any reserve player in any sport. It was just a joke how bad it was. And he even got penaltys in the pit lane !

He shouldnt have been allowed to race for safety reasons alone...
