Default Some people never cease to amaze me
"We do not have a shortage. The problem is that there was an overload of demand on the main power production plant, which has caused the outage," from : http://www.gulfnews.com/nation/General/10342159.html

wow..just, wow.ive been living in the area for around 3 years already and it would surprise anyone just how fast new high-rise buildings get built in a matter of months. they're so busy trying to find ways to generate cash that they dont even care about the consequences, mostly since its the common worker that'll be affected. there were even some articles beforehand wherein the representatives first blame it on a "failed generator" and then say that "people should learn how to conserve energy", how? is it a person's fault to switch on the AC when the temperatures at night reach 40c?

such a typical scenario here really, the management make all the choices and the common people take the crap.

our area suffered 3 days without electricity and it just got fixed earlier today, still some people are at home without electricity as i type this.
