Birth Rates have been on the decline severely. Most economists believe the population will peak at 9 billion and then begin to decline. So no one is breeding like bacteria.

Populations of educated and weathly people are in the decline. Poor countries are rapidly expanding.

Look at the shitty countries in green and yellow here:
