I had laser eye surgery at 10:30 this morning, and OMG what a difference it has made! Everything is in Quad Ultra High Definition in the distance, and even better close up, such as this LCD monitor. I can see the outline of each pixel on screen! My eyes ache a bit, and have a few slight shots of pain, but this is perfectly acceptable, and very minor really. They are a bit bloodshot, but that will clear in a week. Still a bit of hazyness just now, but this is getting better as the day goes on. I was so nervous in the waiting area, and it didnt help that a poor old lady had paid for a lense to be inserted in her eyes, and still had a prescription, and was in tears because she still needed glasses after the operation..

The procedure felt quite claustrophobic, and my heart was pounding like never before, and I did feel a slight panic towards the end, but managed to calm myself a bit. Was glad when I was told to sit up! Everything was very hazy, but I could tell immediately that I had a improvement. The best bit was the time during the actual laser operation itself. The red dot I was told to look at, and the oval ring of light around the dot suddenly became clear and circular, so I knew it was working!! Just got allot of eyes drops to contend with now, and I have to wear some special eye covers whilst sleeping!
