A pub I frequent in London used to serve minute rib eye steak, now they do minute sirloin instead.. I know nothing about steak, what's the difference (apart from the fact it comes from a different part of the animal)?

Either a bottle of HP sauce or Worchestshire sauce sitting on the table to grace the potato skins.
It's Worcestershire.
