A pub I frequent in London used to serve minute rib eye steak, now they do minute sirloin instead.. I know nothing about steak, what's the difference (apart from the fact it comes from a different part of the animal)?.
Not sure, but every time I have a sirloin they are usually as chewy as hell, although pretty tasty. I've had rump steaks that were better than sirloins.
