I can't think of a better race for Webber to try and get this. Vettel is in 4th so he will get stack behind the brawn cars. In the cooler conditions the Red Bull cars defiantly have better performance over brawn and from what I understand it's all mostly due to tyres. The Brawns are so good with tyres the just don't grip when they are cold. So it seems brawn are better suited to the desert.

Anyhow if Mark is to do this then he must do it tonight! Tis is by far a big turn in his favor. Also looks like 2nd place is Barrichallo, which IMO he isn't as good at Button and Vettel so he might hold them back from webber. So I hope Webber gets a good shot off the line and maintains 1st.

Yup, in the high temperature and/or high wear tracks the Brawns are very good on their tyres but in the cooler conditions they have trouble getting enough heat into their tyres - one of the reasons I was a little surprised by how light they are running as additional fuel will work the tyres harder and they should have leap frogged the other cars by running longer.
Going to be an interesting race, I hope, and if it turns out to be Webber's maiden win - good on him.
