Umm I still don't see where I said she didn't commit the crime.

Anyway whether she did or not is completely irrelevant. THE POLICE DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASSAULT YOU WITH A POTENTIALLY DEADLY WEAPON.

Three hundred and fifty people have died because of taser use, but I guess in your eyes they all "deserved " it. [rolleyes]

Probably did deserve it.

They don't usually just taser people all willy nilly like.

I still think the cop in the video made the right decision.

The old lady was endangering the safety of herself and the officer and wasn't backing down. He wanted to avoid a scuffle that close to the road so he decided to use a taser to stop her in her tracks so she didn't try to get back into her car.

Seems pretty straight forward to me.

I guess in your perfect world the cop would have apologized for the inconvenience to pulling her over and sent her on her way with no ticket.

Stupid!
