Ive trained in hte tasers usage. a part of which is BEING tased these are safe when used properly. the key word is PROPERLY, that aside, knowing all of this what do you suggest the officer should have done?

Were there never any arrests made before tasers? Jesus, you just tell her to put her hands on the back of the car and pin her there if she doesnt. Grab one arm cuff it, grab the other arm cuff it, done. Couldnt be that hard to arrest a 72 year old woman, they are pretty weak. Now, if he had tried to cuff her and she resisted/got away from him or had assaulted him at that time, then I would say, by all means shock her ass, but he didnt even try, he just tased her. Hes a ***** of a cop if he cant get a 72 year old woman into a set of hand cuffs without drawing his taser.
