$5000 That's awesome!! For once the plaintiff gets some compensation back, instead of just the exact amount they lost. It's people like that scammer that have ruined ebay. I never shop there unless I hear from someone else that the merchant is reputable. Plenty of other sites I can buy stuff from online for almost the same price or cheaper and I KNOW it will be a NEW product, not used.

Ditto!! -ebay is low-life scumbag's heaven,your supposed too be safe with ebay's paypal system,yet people are just as likely too get mugged online with that,compared too other paying method's.Plus their the risk Paypal will empty bank account,or max-out your credit card if they side with the scammer,to pay their so called fee's and Shish kebab compensation,happen's all the time according to review site's like paypalsucks.com and simliar.

Holy Shish kebab ,Batman!!,I didn't no that,I been watching a decade of Judge Judy On/Off viewing,I alway's thought her judgement's were real judicial law,and that the accused would have to pay the Plaintiff out of their own pocket.If Judge Judy just a charade case for T.V purpose,all the scammers,con-artist, theif's,just get a public ticking off or a slap on the wrist by Judge Judy,it's all fake,she and her hoax/sham Court room are as deceptive as the Criminal's,and should been lock up also IMHO.Cheer's.
