I don't know the comic book or anything about them but I read that the movie has porn and a "blue smurf penis"[rofl]

True from the comic book. Dr. Manhattan felt neither hot nor cold, and as time went on he had less and less interest in human trappings, so yeah no clothes became a typical thing for him.
