Why should there else be special Olympics for them or special adapted cars, houses etc.. etc..?

Why shouldn't we? Just because someone is not average doesn't mean that they have any less of a right to happiness than anyone else.

You seem to have a hatred toward anyone who is different, have you stopped to ask yourself why? Honestly, who has a problem with trivial things like adapted cars and houses? Why do you care?
