The Pioneer is definitely the nicer screen as far as I'm concerned. It'll have slightly better blacks, perfect viewing angles(which that LED LCD won't have), better color accuracy, and it's 5" larger!
The Samsung is nice, but their LED tech is still developing(for example, eventually they want an LED diode for every single pixel on the screen. Right now there's one diode for each group of 20 pixels or so, so there's a little bit of light bleeding). However, if it's a concern to you, the Samsung should take up quite a bit less electricity than the Pioneer. It's definitely the greener set of the two.
Still, my vote easily goes to Pioneer.
