Since Pioneer is going out of the TV business in the next year, will their warranty still be valid or will you be screwed if you ever need a factory service?
EDIT: As far as picture quality is concerned, the KURO is leaps and bounds above any LCD. I owned one for two weeks, and once you get it calibrated, it's almost like looking through a window. Insanely realistic picture. The downside is that you might end up with a loudly buzzing unit, and if you do, it's a total nightmare.
