Yeah because there isn't OVERWHELMING evidence when you watch someone rob your house, besides, the way you think...you wouldn't stop them....they would just rob your house while you sit there going "IM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE JUST YOU WAIT THEY WILL BE HERE IN 10 TO 15 MINUTES AND YOU GUYS WILL BE LONG GONE NEVER TO BE FOUND AGAIN, JUSTICE WON'T BE SERVED, AND PROBABLY GO ON TO ROB OTHER PEOPLE"

Atleast, thats how I see it.

Don't be so silly! In this country you are expected to help the robbers carry your stuff out to their van, just in case they hurt themselves carrying your heavy tv and decide they should sue you. Remember they have more rights than you! :P
