IThe tablet I took every day for about 6 months was called "diclofenac" , Funny enough its apparently used in some countries to treat cattle for muscle inflammation.

Diclofenac is a very strong painkiller. I was given it initially for my back, but its very bad from your stomach, so I only took it for less than a week before changing to vicodin instead [rofl]
