The electric car is most definitely the future. If it wasnt for corrupt governments, corrupt oil companies, and corrupt car manufacturers, we'd all be driving electric now. You could recharge them using solar panels on the roof, or even with a wind turbine.
As much as I would love to see another form of energy to propel our cars, electric is not the answer. It is only viable in certain climates where temperatues dont get below freezing. What's going to happen when its -9F outside like it was this past week and you only have an electric car to drive? Even if you used a battery warmer I still dont see it as a viable solution.
