It's not about that.
It's the fact that it came out of nowhere, people started to dance, and everyone joined in. On a plain dull normal day in a train station (which is 2 minutes walk from where I work, btw). It must have been a great, happy moment. Very cool ad.

Only a few. The majority of the people dancing are actually professional dancers in disguise.
