Yeah. The items are warrantied by the manufacturer. Also, the extended warranties I believe are through another company, so when CC goes under those should still be good. You just can't return merchandise. If its faulty you'll have to RMA it to the manufacturer. Sucks for people who buy expensive/large stuff.
