Once again I'll reiterate my earlier point. If he were to win a case like this in the US, it would set a horrible precedence. Anyone who donated an organ and was later treated badly by the recipient would be able to sue for damages and probably win due to the precedence set in this case.
True, but it's a sad world we live in when people treat the person who effectively shortened their own life to save theirs poorly. [thumbdown]
