True, but it's a sad world we live in when people treat the person who effectively shortened their own life to save theirs poorly. [thumbdown]
I'm not arguing that, but you can't expect her to be his lap dog for the rest of her life either. He even said in the article he would do it again if given the chance.

Edit: below isn't directed at you Zortoflaven, just anyone who is on the side of the Dr.

If the organ came from an anonymous donor, would you expect her to be in debt of the donor for the rest of her life?

It's an amazing thing to be able to save someone like this, but to expect something in return is wrong.
