So OHP how did people see lights and stuff in the sky before it got near to the turbine?

'cause they're delusional or drunk or just freaks in general. Thats one explaination. The other one is 100% plausible and at its end has nothing to do with aliens and UFOs. You might probably need an engineer, and physicist and a meteorologist for it though.
